APPROACH

Our approach to design and innovation has resulted in awards and sucesses for more than 10 years.

We work in cross disciplinary teams with technicians, experts and the users.

In the proces of innovating and designing with the users in center we have developed several specific tools. E.g. we use 'jokers' for rapid sketching of ideas, 'visual experience maps' and 'flow charts' to map potential innovation and different 'games' to interact with users.

We manage the dynamic process in close dialogue with our partners, clients, users and experts.

To stay ahead on market trends, technology, materials and processes we attend conferences, research, study and participate in networks with researchers in future and technology.

We attend important international trade fairs within the rehabilitation- and healthcare sector as well as the building/architectural sector.

Based on study trips e.g. to US and Japan, we offer inspirational talks and workshops on future business possibilities and innovation.

We work with computers just as well as hand sketches and models in the whole process from ideas generation to prototyping.

We have our own workshop to build mock-up and design models. For large scale prototypes we work with external partners.

We often find our selves in collaboration with other design and innovation capacities, and see this as an opportunity to develop our selves.
